VQ-SAP (Quillaja saponins) product introduction

VQ-SAP consists of a series of molecules with immunomodulatory functions. Complex adjuvants containing saponins are currently approved for use in human vaccines in adjuvant systems such as AS01B, AS01E and MATRIX M. VQ-SAP is also widely used in veterinary vaccines. VQ-SAP is also widely used in veterinary vaccines, and has been used in commercial veterinary vaccines for nearly 30 years, where its safety and efficacy have been well documented.

Since VQ-SAP is able to induce efficient and rapid immune responses on the basis of safety, it has been used in a large number of high-value-added pet vaccines and vaccines for large even-toed ungulates.

However, the demand for VQ-SAP from domestic veterinary vaccine companies has not been effectively met due to the limited source of raw materials and high extraction cost of VQ-SAP. JCBC's VQ-SAP is directly extracted from Quillaja saponaria Molina, and by optimizing the extraction process, we have significantly reduced the production cost of VQ-SAP. Meanwhile, the saponin content of JCB's saponin adjuvant is more than 90%, and it has the same ratio of saponin components as the imported products, such as QS-21 and QS-7. Through strict screening of the bark, we control the quality of the product from the source to ensure batch-to-batch consistency, and VQ-SAP can be guaranteed to have comparable or even better performance than imported products, and VQ-SAP can also be combined with other ingredients to make an immunostimulatory complex to enhance the performance of the adjuvant.
